GIG’s certification programs certify products, facilities and food service establishments.

 

At this time we do not provide a certification program qualifying persons as certified celiac/gluten-related disorder professionals. This type of certification program would require professional training and demonstrated expertise in multiple aspects of gluten-related disorders. Such a program also requires continual review and updating of information. The certified person would be responsible and required to maintain this continued education and retesting of their knowledge.  We recommend contacting the University of Chicago about their Preceptor Program if this is the type of certification information you are seeking.

 

  • Third party auditors include Kosher, Non-GMO, Organic, BRC, SQF, HACCP, and others. GFCO partners with other audit agencies in an effort to save you money.

WHERE DO WE CERTIFY?

GFCO certifies companies and manufacturers worldwide using the strictest standards for certification at 10 ppm or less.

USE OF CERTIFICATION

The Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO)’s certification and use of the logo is based on meeting the program standards and a contractual agreement. The GFCO logo is a registered trademark.
